Privacy Notice
Clients are those named as the booking lead upon bookings being made. Attendees are participants of the training. The provider, Gemma White, is the Data Protection Officer and will collect and process information from clients and attendees for contract needs.
The following type of information is collected:
Names, forename and surname – client and attendees
Email addresses– client and attendees
Contact number/s– client
Finance/bank details/payment information: Name, Contact Number, Address– client

The client will share the address of the training venue.

Registers of attendees may be sent via email prior to the training. The client is responsible for gaining consent to share. These are stored securely via password protection.

Registers will be stored securely by password protection by the provider.

Registers will be deleted upon payments for training completion.

Manual attendance registers are taken on the day of training. These are for verifying attendance and certification processes.

Attendees whom do not provide names will be unable to attend training.

Candidates attending the training are required to provide names and email addresses.

Email addresses are used to send links, information and certificates.

Email addresses are not shared between members of the group nor third parties.
Sharing Information Legal basis – Contract
Names are shared with the accredited Training provider NUCO ltd for the purpose of recording completion of training information enabling certificate generation.
Nuco.ltd, the certifier, will process names of attendees for verification of training results and the production of certificates.
Nuco.ltd will process address information for sending attendee certificates- these will include full names of all attendees.
This notice is reviewed and updated annually or as and when needed.
Clients are required to read the full terms and conditions sent upon booking.
